Nearly everyone needs a will, or, if they have one, it desperately needs updating. Over my many years as a lawyer, I have been called on to provide wills, trusts and estate services. Having provided services to existing clients (especially those who own small-to-medium businesses, friends and families), I am now offering the same services more widely. As the parent of an autistic child, I also know how challenging it can be to navigate the rules governing SSI and how concerned a parent can be about how to make sure their child has enough money without losing disability benefits.
